We respect our customer’s privacy and want them to be aware of what happens to the Nonpublic Information we receive from them. Any information that you give us is kept in strict confidence.

We have carefully designed our privacy policy and the safeguards we take to assure that the privacy of consumer’s personal information is protected and we are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and General Motor’s requirements as follows:

1. We use consumer personal information obtained by or for GM exclusively for the purposes of promoting the sale of GM vehicles, products and services.
2. We have educated all employees on the established safeguard requirements.
            a. Every employ must read the consumer privacy statements for GM.
            b. Each employee must be familiar with the toll-free numbers that can be used by consumers
             with privacy issues.

3. Secured signed agreements from all third party vendors and suppliers acknowledging their compliance in the safeguarding of consumer information.
4. Appointed a coordinator
5. Keep all records and files in secured areas and kept under lock and key to ensure privacy of information including encryption of credit card data.
6. Keeping current on continually changing legal requirements through our legal counsel, and any professional organizations (e.g., NADA & state dealer associations).
7. Ensure access is limited to those employees who have legitimate business needs for personal consumer information.
8. Customers are provided with a privacy statement addressing how we handle their personal information. Examples include name, address, telephone number, email address, social security number or other government identifier, credit card number, family or personal financial information, medical information, employment history, history of purchases or other transactions, credit records or other similar information, or any data combined with the above.
